Many years ago, Amy Adams mesmerized many Disney viewers with the movie 'Enchanted'. Now, the actress is back once again for the sequel to this film. Amy's return as Princess Giselle will be on December 24 on Disney Plus, however, this time, she will live an adventure that will make her question the 'happy ending' she had, but always with the charm and naivety that characterizes her. Amy is not the only one returning for the film, many actors from the first movie are back. Like the actress, her great love, Robert, played by Patrick also returns. Both still live in New York with their daughter Morgan (Gabriella Baldacchino).
The official trailer for the sequel called 'Disenchanted' was unveiled as part of Disney's event for fans. In the trailer we will see the family leave the Big Apple to move to the fictional town of Monroeville. Here they will find many surprises, including new guests such as Prince Edward (James Marsden) and Nancy (Idina Menzel). Giselle, surrounded by these people, tries to find a way for everyone to be happy, "In Andalasia, the hardest part is finding your happy ending, but this world is different," she exclaims. And then Giselle will receive Edward's slightly risky advice: if you don't like this world, then change it. What will the consequences be?
This time, the villain will be Malvina Monroe (Maya Rudolph), the 'queen bee' who will tempt Giselle to cast a spell and turn the whole town into a fairy tale. It will be then, when Amy's character will have to manage to solve everything she has done.
The film will be available on Disney Plus on Thanksgiving Day.
