Ali Pinar

After his studies in Brussels at Arthur de Greef and Waterloo academies, Istanbul Bilgi University (Graduate), Mimar Sinan State Consevatory and Haliç University Conservatory Theatre Department (Master); he has trained with Ayla Algan, Sahika Tekand and Mehmet Ulusoy.

He also participated to Viola Spolin workshops of Kate Hendrickson, Jason Hale and Ege Maltepe. Initially began to his professional life as an assistant in the former Cemal Resit Rey Opera and The National Theater of Istanbul.

Meanwhile started to act in operas and plays. He acted since 1995 in TV Series as well as international productions of feature movies and commercials.

Recently, on cinema, he performed one of the main characters in I am You produced by Lawrence Bender (Producer of all Tarantino's film) and directed by Sonia N.

Cole. Recently on TV he acted as Hasan in Cesur&Güzel and also as Zafer in Gunesin Kizlari. Both TV series were popular in Turkey and broadcasted worldwide.

Furthermore he presented Sinepolitik, a weekly program about cinema and politics on National News Channel (TRT Haber.) He also performed The Narrator in Prokofiev's Peter and The Wolf with Tekfen Philharmonic Orchestra led by maestro Darrel Ang.

He also gave numerous concerts in concert halls since 2016 as a singer with TangoNEVA ensemble, where he sings songs from seven different languages.
