Ru Benjamin Revolver was born in Edinburg, Texas, USA as Ruben Morin. He went by the name Ruben Revolver when he was in rock/punk bands during his adolescence.

Ru had a fascination for films since he was 5 years and didn't have his first two film auditions until the age of 23. After booking both auditions he began to take a bigger interest in acting and moved to Austin, Texas for more film opportunities.
