Francesca Gonshaw is mostly known for her role as Maria in the (1982-1992) hit series 'Allo 'Allo! She appeared in Series 1-3. She studied dramatic art at A.L.R.A.

She has helped in starting the Film company Miramax. has also written, directed and produced films on her own.
