Once inseparable friends, Alex and Bernardo are summoned to the Arizona desert by Jade, a woman they both loved but haven't seen in 10 years.

Arriving from Europe, they're picked up by Jade's spirited daughter, Frida, who becomes their guide over the surreal landscape of Jade's existence in the lands of the Navajo Nation.
