To secure the Nazis' newfound power, the SS devises a plan to remove all opposition, real or imagined with "The Night of the Long Knives." When Hitler confronts his old friend, Ernst Rhöm, the opinionated leader of the 4 million strong SA, he must decide between friendship and ambition.
