Shtisel

A religious Jewish family living in an Ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Jerusalem reckons with love, loss and the doldrums of daily life. The story of Akiva Shtisel, a young Haredi bachelor living with his widowed father, Shulem.

Together, they share an apartment and a cynical sense of humor. Akiva is quickly nearing the age of marriage, and needs to make some choices regarding his romantic future.
