For the past 40 years, French engineer Georges Mougin has advocated a revolutionary plan to address a global water crisis.

With the support of top engineers and a battery of cutting-edge 3D scientific simulations, he is planning to tow an iceberg from the coast of Canada down to arid countries in Africa.

Their greatest challenge: bringing the iceberg across the Atlantic Ocean before it melts.
