Mera Saaya

Rakesh (Sunil Dutt), a successful lawyer, comes home to find his wife succumbing to a fatal illness, and she dies only a few hours later, but he is soon contacted by a woman claiming to be the same wife he just watched die.

The woman (Sadhana) is detained by the police, who believe she is a notorious criminal named Raina, though she does bear a striking resemblance to Rakesh's late wife.
