The Watchers

Three genetically engineered humans known as Watchers control and manipulate community and world leaders in order to carry out the agenda of those they serve and further the global domination of the New World Order.

One Watcher questions this paradigm and contemplates rebelling against those that hold him and his fellow Watchers in servitude.
