Meet Tugger, a vintage World War II Jeep 4x4 with an airplane propeller for an engine fan and a nose for trouble. Tugger may be tugging planes on and off the runway at an airfield, but he dreams of flying like an airplane.

Together with his best friend Shorty, the radio, Tugger has a top-secret plan to make his ultimate fantasy take flight. Will he wing his way into history, or the scrapyard?
