Gloria (Mary Eaton), Barbara (Gloria Shea) and Buddy are working in a New York department store.

While walking the store, Gloria, is spotted by vaudeville hoofer Miller (Dan Healy), whom his partner Mooney (Kaye Renard), like her predecessors, has left.

Miller tours with Gloria, both are spotted by Ziegfeld's talent scouts. Gloria stars in a production in which Eddie Cantor appears as himself.
