Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam

In the first film featuring the classic character Ernest P. Worrell, Jim Varney plays Ernest, as well as Dr. Otto, a mad scientist with a hand growing out of the top of his head, who is trying to destroy the world with his Gloom Beam.
