Dear Dictator

When political turmoil forces British-Caribbean dictator Anton Vincent (Michael Caine -- The Dark Knight, Inception) to flee his island nation, he seeks refuge in the most unlikely of places, with rebellious teenage girl Tatiana (Odeya Rush -- Goosebumps, Lady Bird) and her mother (Katie Holmes -- Dawson’s Creek, Batman Begins) in suburban America.

In an outrageous and hilarious turn of events, the dictator winds up turning Tatiana into a rebel, teaching her how to start a revolution and overthrow the popular kids to rule her high school.
