At Agrotek, the cover name for a top-secret laboratory for the development of chemical and biological weapons, a serious accident occurs, spreading a sinister bacteria throughout the laboratory.

The security system of the complex closes and seals the building with all the personnel inside, putting them all at great risk. The relatives of the enclosed people threaten to do whatever it takes to get their loved ones out.
