Saving Giraffes: The Long Journey Home

The giraffes of Kenya’s Rift Valley are virtually gone – their population wiped out by poaching and war. After decades of strife, the community sets out to bring the giraffe back, starting with a herd of eight.

However, torrential rains cause massive flooding, leaving the herd stranded. A team of vets, community leaders, and conservationists must attempt a dangerous rescue before it’s too late.
