Teens Ellie and Jack are both struggling to juggle school, friends, sports and family. When an argument about who has it easier gets out of hand, Ellie and Jack trigger a real-life body swap.

With a rhythmic gymnastics championship and a spot on the varsity hockey team at risk, they must get back in their own bodies before the change is permanent.
