Each week, host Tyler Florence gives the trucks a limited budget to shop, cook and strategize with. The teams that sell the most food race on to the next round, while the losing team drives home.

In the end, one food truck remains, and the team behind the wheel wins the $50,000 grand prize. It's a high stakes, cross-country adventure full of beautiful scenery, big characters and delicious food!
