Passer By

Joe Keyes sees two men harassing a young woman on a late night train, but doesn't report it because he's in a hurry to get home. When Joe discovers that a sexual assault took place, he realizes that he could have prevented it.

Eventually, he makes a statement and is forced to question his capacity as a man, a husband and a father, deciding to take the law into his own hands.
