Drinkwater

In small-town Canada, awkward teen Mike Drinkwater signs up for a cross-country race with the hopes that a victory will win him a college scholarship, but more importantly, help him escape his offbeat father who spends more time defrauding the government than paying attention to his son.

As he trains for the race, Mike bonds with his new neighbor, a depressed American girl named Wallace.
