The Reconciler

A mysterious captor takes estranged people and holds them against their will until they reconcile or die. Most recently captured is a set of twins. A detective is hot on the trail, hoping to expose The Reconciler once and for all.

At the same time a female reporter is assigned by her editor to investigate the ever present darkness he feels is pervading the world.
