In the capital of Cambodia three young men traverse life in the rapidly changing city by selling clothes out of a tuk-tuk, working as dancers at a gay men's nightclub and trying to make money to buy a motorcycle for a dream of joining a biker gang bringing out a portrait of youth that faces an uncertain fast-changing world.
