Velvet

After getting stood up by a potential date, pouty Marcus catches the attention of Ben, the confident transgender bartender. Once the pair are alone, Ben uses his charm and positivity to coax Marcus out of his shell.

From co-directors Juliana Antoninus and Damon Beirne, ‘Velvet’ is a heartfelt short film about two people who, however briefly, become the kings of one another’s worlds.
