The Harris brothers are living the life of luxury as middle-aged men living off of their parents, until they are forced to move out. Chris, their lifelong friend, convinces them to rent an apartment with him.

Reality sets in as Drew and Jonny Pops move out of their childhood home into their new rat-infested apartment while Chris steers them wrong at every turn.
