Richard returns to India with his 10 years old son Max.

He meets his father in law who is not in talking terms to him as he considers Richard the reason for his daughter leaving him and settling abroad where she faced a tragic death.

But when Max is in danger how the father-in-law and Richard come together to save him and forget the difference is what the film is about.
