A Deadly Silence

Long Island teenager Cheryl Pierson orchestrated the murder of her electrician father James Pierson in February of 1986. This film delves into the "extenuating circumstances" surrounding the murder, without insinuating that Cheryl was innocent. At age 4, and continuing for at least 5 years, Cheryl endured sexual abuse at the hands of her father, forcing her into a "deadly silence" of shame.
