A road trip gone wrong, an evil scientist, and friends torturing friends!

Road trippers awaken to find vials implanted in the base of their skulls - they have to fill these vials with brain fluid that is produced during times of extreme pain.

Along with another group of unlucky test subjects they work together and share the burden of reaching their painful target.
