Dvořák - Piano Trio No. 3 in F minor, Op. 65

Trio Ceresio, the internationally renowned Swiss piano trio from Lugano, performs Antonín Dvořák’s Piano Trio No. 3 in F Minor, Op. 65. Dvořák composed his piano trio in 1883, a couple of weeks after his mother's death.

The trio was composed during a period in which Dvořák was encouraged to write music more in tune with the German classical style, drawing on his good friend Johannes Brahms.
