Pachai Vilakku

Sivaji Ganesan is an engine driver whose mother dies due to lack of medical facilities. A maid servant takes care of him and his brother. She also dies due to lack of medical facilities leaving her daughter Vijayakumari.

Sivaji vows to make his foster sister Vijayakumari, a doctor. How Sivaji foils an evil ploy by M.R.Radha and S.V.Ranga Rao's son forms the rest of the story.
