Filmed over 3 years in China's electronics zones Shenzhen and Guangzhou, COMPLICIT follows the story of Yi Yeting, a factory worker struggling with occupational leukemia and trying to obtain compensation from his employer.

Wanting to help others, he begins working for a non-profit organization that assists workers with occupational illness and injuries.
