Nagesh plays the lead role in the movie. Nagesh lives a contended life of a waiter with his mother. He falls in love with K.R.Vijaya who comes frequently to the hotel he works but K.R.vijaya is not interested.

Nagesh ventures into movies with the help of his friend Muthuraman. The rest of the movie is about how he excels in movies and whether he gets his ladylove.
