Patient 42-66 exits a jailhouse psychiatric clinic with a promise of restarting his life.

Unfortunately, visions of the murderous past overwhelm him when he confronts the haunting and violent present he’s thrust into. A supernatural demon guides him to a showdown with a perverse boss and his depraved henchmen.
