Hand of Power

(1968, aka THE ZOMBIE WALKS) Joachim Fuchsberger, Grit Bottscher. When a laughing corpse comes back to life to kill his heirs, Scotland Yard is called in.

The "undead" killer is dressed up in a skeleton costume and kills his victims with a poison-filled scorpion-shaped ring. Ludicrous, but still lots of fun.
