The Psychotronic Man

Strange things are happening to Rocky Foscoe. He has another attack and his host fires at him with a shotgun, but Rocky reacts by killing him with supernatural force, discovering that he has psychotronic powers--the ability to will people to die.

He begins exercising that power.
