Life in a quiet Mexican fishing village is ripped to pieces when a laidback guide (Treat Williams) and his business partner (Blaxploitation legend Antonio Fargas) become entangled with international assassins, $2 million in diamonds and a local shark named Cyclops with an insatiable hunger for foolish divers.
