Ronnie Radke filed a lawsuit this week against several unidentified individuals for allegedly impersonating him on social media.
The singer and rapper aims to use the legal action to subpoena Snapchat for metadata and IP addresses.
He believes this information will prove that he never messaged certain people, including Brittany Furlan.
The lawsuit names "John Doe" defendants who have allegedly used his identity since April 2025 to intimidate, threaten, or defraud others.
Ronnie told reporters that he is not seeking money through this lawsuit. Instead, he wants evidence to show that he was not the person contacting Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan, last year.
This legal move follows a separate temporary restraining order that Ronnie filed against Furlan earlier this week.
He claims she has been harassing him online and even showed up at his residence.
The situation began when Furlan admitted she had been "catfished" by someone pretending to be Ronnie.
However, she later changed her story, claiming she was actually speaking with the real singer.
She then allegedly contacted some of Ronnie’s younger fans, encouraging them to share negative experiences.
Ronnie denies all of these claims and insists that the impersonators are responsible for the messages.
The dispute even caught the attention of Nev Schulman, the former host of Catfish.
Schulman initially expressed support for Furlan’s version of events on a podcast but later apologized to Ronnie for commenting without seeing any evidence.
By filing this lawsuit, Ronnie hopes to obtain the technical proof needed to settle the matter and end the impersonations across Snapchat and Instagram.
The legal process will continue as his team works to identify the people behind the "John Doe" accounts.
