After playing brothers for 15 seasons in the hit tv show 'Supernatural', Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester) is reuniting with Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) and the upcoming and last season of the Amazon Prime TV show 'The Boys'.
Jensen Ackles have been playing Solder Boy for a couple of seasons now, and with the final chapter of this bloody story, Jared Padalecki is joining in an unknown recurring role, but he's not the only 'Supernatural' actor coming into this reunion, but Misha Collins, who played Castiel (a really close friend and ally of the brothers) is also joining 'The Boys'
It's always interesting when casting directors have a sense of humour and reunite talents that previously worked together for so many time, specially when there's an entire online community begging for crumbs of their favorite actors together again.
We're sure that a lot of dedicated fans of 'Supernatural' will be tunning into the last show with even more enthusiasm now that they know the reunion is happening. Let's hope that Soldier Boy is not the one killing or torturing whatever characters Collins and Padalecki are playing.
The 5th season is still in early production, and we still have to go through the second season of the spin-off series 'Gen V' before we get to the final act, so it'll be at least a year before we get more information on the roles they will be taking and how important they will be.
