Ronnie Radke, the lead singer of Falling in Reverse, filed for a temporary restraining order against social media personality Brittany Furlan on Monday.
According to court documents filed in Los Angeles, the musician claims that Brittany has harassed him through repeated social media messages and physical stalking.
Ronnie alleges that after he ignored her digital communications, she drove to his home and sat outside.
He also claims she followed him to a doctor’s appointment and waited outside the building.
The conflict stems from a complex situation that began in May 2025. Brittany Furlan previously claimed that she had a digital relationship with someone she believed was Ronnie Radke.
While she eventually suspected she had been catfished by an imposter, she recently suggested that the real Ronnie was behind the accounts.
Ronnie has consistently denied any involvement and previously stated that he contacted the FBI regarding the identity theft.
The singer is now asking the court to keep Brittany at least 100 yards away from him.
A representative for Brittany Furlan told the media that the claims made in the restraining order petition are inaccurate.
Her legal team noted that they issued multiple cease-and-desist notices to Ronnie Radke last year, alleging a pattern of bullying and false public statements directed at her.
Brittany plans to respond to the petition through the court process and hopes for a peaceful resolution.
The situation has caused significant public drama, particularly given Brittany's marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee.
The alleged catfishing incident occurred while Brittany and Tommy Lee were briefly separated, though the couple has since reconciled.
Over the last weekend, the tension escalated when Brittany reportedly contacted some of Ronnie's fans online, encouraging them to share negative experiences regarding the singer.
Ronnie’s legal filing aims to put an end to what he describes as escalating and dangerous behavior.
As the court prepares to review the request, both parties remain firm in their opposing versions of the events.
