Dylan Dreyer, a co-host on the Today show, officially filed for divorce from her husband, Brian Fichera, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
The legal filing follows several months of separation, which the couple first announced in July 2025.
Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera married in 2012 after meeting while working at a Boston television station.
Dylan Dreyer previously discussed the state of her relationship during an appearance on Today With Jenna & Friends in November.
She described the decision to move forward as a "freeing" step for both of them.
She explained that after trying to fix the issues in their marriage, they eventually accepted that the relationship was broken and decided to transition into a friendship instead.
The former couple shares three sons: Calvin Bradley, Oliver George, and Russell James.
Dylan Dreyer emphasized that while they are no longer husband and wife, she does not hold any resentment toward Brian Fichera.
She stated that she believes she can be a better friend than a wife and that they intend to move forward as partners in raising their children.
Their relationship began at WHDH-TV in Boston, where Dylan Dreyer worked as a meteorologist and Brian Fichera worked as an in-studio technician.
They later moved to New York City together when Dylan Dreyer joined the national Today team.
Despite the end of their marriage, they have both expressed a commitment to maintaining a supportive environment for their young boys.
