Jessica Alba and her ex-husband, Cash Warren, recently finalized their divorce settlement after a year of legal proceedings.
According to court documents signed on February 12, 2026, Jessica Alba will split half of the residuals from several major projects she worked on during their marriage.
These projects include her appearance in Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" music video and her guest role on the sitcom The Office.
The agreement also outlines a significant division of personal and business assets.
Jessica Alba agreed to pay Cash Warren a one-time sum of $3 million to balance the division of their property.
Both parties waived their right to spousal and child support, opting instead to share their financial responsibilities for their three children: Honor, Haven, and Hayes.
The settlement lists specific films and television shows where the couple will share future earnings.
In addition to The Office and "Bad Blood," they will split residuals for Valentine's Day, Machete, and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.
However, Jessica Alba will keep 100% of the royalties from her earlier work, such as Dark Angel, Honey, and Fantastic Four, as well as her commercial work for Zillow.
Beyond the entertainment industry, the former couple will divide their interests in several tech and consumer companies.
They will split their stakes in businesses like Popchips and WeWork.
Jessica Alba also retains a significant portion of her shares in The Honest Company, the wellness brand she co-founded, which remains a major part of her financial portfolio.
