She asserts that he continues to withhold details regarding whether the policy remains active or who stands as the designated beneficiary.
When filling out the court paperwork, Azealia checked the box indicating that she and Kwatinetz had a romantic connection, alleging in her declaration that they maintained an intimate relationship.
She claims that Kwatinetz blended their personal connection with his control over her music career, using his position to demand that she extend her recording contract to generate funds for his benefit.
The filing outlines several incidents of alleged harassment and surveillance over the years.
Azealia claims that Kwatinetz hired a private security team to track and profile her, alleging that drones mapped her residence from the air.
She also describes instances where she moved to different states only to spot random, unmarked vehicles idling near her homes, and she recalls once returning to find a wide-open window inside her private residence.
While Azealia clarifies in the filing that Kwatinetz did not physically assault her, she stresses that his actions inflicted continuous emotional and psychological harm.
She further accuses him of falsely alleging in separate court proceedings that she refused to attend required depositions.
