Former Real Housewives of Potomac cast member Mia Thornton is now in the middle of a major legal hurdle just months after announcing her departure from the Bravo series.
The entrepreneur, who is recently back living in Atlanta, undergo apprehension on a larceny charge, an incident stemming from things missing from a furnished rental property.
The arrest occurred on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Subsequently she went under processing and booking into the Fulton County Jail.
According to law enforcement, the charge relates to allegations that Thornton removed approximately $11,000 worth of property from a furnished condominium she had been renting.
Police reports indicate that the condo's owner filed a complaint after discovering that Thornton had moved out of the furnished unit last month, reportedly without providing notice and taking furniture and a television with her.
Thornton, 40, had publicly announced her exit from RHOP in April after four seasons, stating on social media that her move to Atlanta marked a "next chapter...already full of exciting opportunities."
As of press time, representatives for Mia Thornton have not released a statement regarding the charges.
