At this point in the game, Nicolas Cage has proven that whatever role he chooses, he's going to give it his all. This time, as the horror genre continues to explore dark new dimensions, the veteran actor teams up with Maika Monroe (It Follows) to star in Longlegs. It is a new serial killer thriller film about which nothing is known, but which continues to cause intrigue with its quirky teasers and the recent release of its four new posters, which together promise an experience as chilling as it is bizarre.

These images, published on the social networks of Neon, its official distributor, present macabre scenarios that include a young girl in front of a house covered in snow, a pile of bodies under a bloody sheet, a dead nun and a woman self-inflicting wounds. What do all these portraits mean? At the moment we can only speculate that they are the victims of a murderer, but nothing is official yet.

The plot of Longlegs is about Maika Monroe taking on the role of an FBI agent named Lee Harker, who goes on the hunt for a disturbing serial killer played by Nicolas Cage. As the plot unfolds, Harker discovers that she has a rather personal bond that entwines her in this trail of blood and worse, with the killer she is investigating. This opens the way to a deadly game between hunter and prey that has occult and religious elements.
